Diversity, Equity & Inclusion - Breaking The Barriers

27 January 2021
Venue: ZOOM
Location: New York, United States

“Diversity means nothing without inclusion.”

Stereotypes disrupt the flow of work, projects fall behind, conflicts occur, and corporations are less profitable. Innovation is driven by companies that embrace diversity and inclusion. However, accepting diversity can be hard to put into practice when our brains are wired to take mental shortcuts.
Business environments require more communication, not less.
It’s important to stay open to new viewpoints, create engaging dialogues, be inclusive, and celebrate diversity. Staying aligned with this mission has never been more challenging.
In this presentation, Holland helps people break the barriers of bias and gender equality to become more inclusive.
