Power is being reconstructed all around us. Historically, power has been held by small homogenous groups. Today, we’re experiencing a shift, bringing new ways of knowing, being and acting that reflect different life experiences. These are arising from the diversity of:- the growing presence of women as business leaders,
- innovations led by racialized entrepreneurs,
- new approaches to corporate governance introduced by indigenous elders,
- new consumer demands led by young people, and
- people wanting greater accessibility.
With these transitions comes an opening - a chance to reflect and rethink how we want to show up as business leaders, as entrepreneurs, as neighbours and as parents.
In this session we are going to open a safe space for reflection and exploration by considering this historic moment of change and what it means for us as individuals, businesses and as broader communities.
