Ready to Play Hardball: the New EO Board of Directors

LOS ANGELES, Calif.,—Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO), is made up of some of the world’s most successful and influential business owners. All EO board members bring passion to their work, are involved in community service, and are leaders in their industries. This year’s new Board of Directors sets high aims to reenergize the chapter, recruit new members, and create once in a lifetime experiences for the organization.

“EO is unlike any other business organization in the world. We provide a unique owner-to-owner format for members to learn through experience sharing. Unless you have skin in the game, it’s hard to find other like minds that share a passion for entrepreneurship, while at the same time balancing the responsibilities of family, health, business and your own development as a leader,” said EO President Jamie Douraghy. “We are proud that the Los Angeles chapter is one of the most dynamic in our global organization. In the past two years, we have had unique speakers such as Bruce Jenner, Steve Forbes, Gene Simmons, Jack Daly and most recently David Allen. Where else but with EO can you get this kind of experience as an entrepreneur?”

Some of the scheduled events on this year’s EO calendar include a member roundtable, a holiday party, and visits to Singapore and Arizona University for regional and international events.

This year’s homerun team of EO members include: President, Jamie Douraghy; President-Elect Kirsten Bradford; Learning Co-Chairs, George Bandarian and Gregory Bovitz; Forum Co-Chairs, Kevin Ross, Michael Simonoff and Margalit Grunberger; Finance Chair, Kristen Bradford; Membership Chair, Deam Roys; Peer Group Chair, Drew Boyles; Accelerator Chair, Steve Cleland; Director at Large (Accelerator Committee), Gary Goren; New Member Integration Committee, Ramin Noghreian; Sponsorship Co-Chairs, Kelly Crean and Arthur Chou; Mentorship Chair, Charles Carey; Mentorship Chair, Francis Hu; Membership Committee, Michael Dieveney and Nicholas Kho; Communications Chair, Luis Vasquez-Ajmac; Director at Large, Robert Nickell; Global Board Member, Adam Glickman; and Executive Director, Joyce Cash.

Founded in 1991, the Los Angeles EO chapter serves over 100 members, and is part of a dynamic, global network of more than 7,000 business owners in 38 different countries from around the world with individual companies that exceed a million dollars in annual revenue. This unique organization enables entrepreneurs to learn from one another, mentor, and inspire new ideas toward greater business success and an enriched personal life.
