Helena Sayegh is a counselor and a trainer with over 28 years of
experience nationally and internationally.
She is a consultant in areas of positive parenting, anxiety disorders,
depression, life skills, stress management, time management, coping with
change, classroom management, bully-free schooling, IB. and high school stress
management, mindfulness, happiness, neuroplasticity, and grief therapy. Helena
has held numerous workshops, presentations and lectures in Jordan, Dubai,
Kuwait, Syria and Palestine. Helena Sayegh works with numerous schools, organizations,
corporations, municipalities, banks and institutions. Helena Sayegh earned her
BSc. in Social Welfare in 1989 from the University of Wisconsin, USA, and is
constantly receiving training in the latest scientific breakthroughs in her
field of work.
