CELEBRATING TREASURE VALLEY WOMEN ENTREPRENEURS IN THE CASTLE

"Queens in the Castle" will celebrate leading women entrepreneurs for a glamorous evening featuring Idaho's own entrepreneur and best-selling author Elaine Ambrose.

Boise, Idaho December 3, 2018 - Approximately 30 women from some of the Treasure Valley's leading private companies will be treated like Queens by EO Idaho chapter members for a celebration of women who are making a mark through entrepreneurship.

This signature event features a red-carpet entrance and tour of The Castle on Warm Springs Avenue, which is owned by Tim Barber and listed by Missy Coman, Group One Sotheby’s International Realty, and an entertaining presentation and book signing by nationally acclaimed writer and humorist, Elaine Ambrose. Elaine Ambrose departs from her award-winning humor with her latest book, Frozen Dinners--A Memoir of a Fractured Family.  According to Kim Barnes, Pulitzer Prize finalist and author of In the Wilderness: Coming of Age in Unknown Country, “Full of luscious details, clear-eyed compassion, and enduring joy, Ambrose gives us an insider’s view of one family’s rocky pursuit of the America Dream. Ambrose does so with a survivor’s voice made strong by experience, stubbornness, humor, and love.”

Queens in the Castle will take place on Wednesday, December 5 from 5:30-7:30 at The Warm Springs Castle (1700 East Warm Springs Avenue).  This fun, entertaining and collaborative evening is hosted by the Women of EO Idaho Chapter who are actively recruiting amazing new members to the Idaho Chapter.

EO Idaho Membership Chair, Meg Carlson states that, "EO packs a powerful punch for successful women entrepreneurs as the leading organization engaging entrepreneurs to learn and grow. This event will connect women leaders of our chapter with women business owners of growing private companies throughout our state."
