Brian Fretwell is an
experienced speaker, facilitator and consultant. His work focuses on how the
right questions can create meaningful change for individuals and organizations
alike. Brian has worked in juvenile corrections as a
teacher, and with mining, oil and gas companies as a facilitator to help people
understand how better listening can save lives. Today, he works with
individuals, school districts and organizations around the world to develop
stronger connections through better questions. He is the founder of Finding
Good, which creates tools that allow people to apply having more influence and
fostering greater connection through talking less. His TEDx talk has been
viewed by over 2.4 million people; his TikTok videos are widely popular; and
his book “Experts of Our Potential” stands out for its compelling storytelling.
Brian lives in Boise, Idaho with his wife Jamie, who is a transpersonal
counselor. In their spare time, they enjoy taking walks and doing behavioral
experiments with their two dogs Hank and Daisy. Brian’s work focuses on how the
right questions can create meaningful change for individuals and organizations
alike. He believes in creating a better world by helping people listen to each
other more effectively.
