All reservations are held till 1800 hrs unless guaranteed.
• Your corporate rates will be monitored every quarter to validate the rate given the projected room nights agreed upon signing the contract. If the above-guaranteed room nights are not achieved, the Hotel reserves the right to re-negotiate your corporate rates.
• The rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• Payment shall be settled directly by cash or credit card. Cash settlement by Indian Nationals above INR 49,000 will only be accepted with a PAN card.
• If your organization has not made any prior credit arrangements with the Hotel and or the company is not on our Credit List, advance payment shall be made to the hotel 48 hours before the arrival of the guest.
• In the eventuality that a guest with a confirmed reservation does not arrive at the date specified, "No-show" charges will be automatically charged to the guest's master account or credit card, towards the retention of one night.
• Please reconfirm reservations within 48 hours before the arrival date with any changes required in arrival time, airport pick-up, etc.
• The hotel room cancellation policy will be 48 hrs prior to arrival.
