Keebles LLP

Keebles LLP is a full-service law firm based in Yorkshire. It has largely been established through a merger between Keeble Hawson, a 200-year legal practice firm based in Sheffield, and hlw which was a boutique commercial legal firm which emerged from DLA Piper around 20 years ago. Today, we have established ourselves as a sizeable top 10 firm in the region with a total head count of more than 200 with 27 partners. Although we operate from offices in Yorkshire only, the firm advises clients on a national and international basis. Our structure and location means that we can be very competitive on pricing without any impact on the scope of services we are able to offer and the expertise of our lawyers. On the commercial side of our practice, we have established teams advising in the following areas: Corporate Transactional (including mergers and acquisitions, public equity fundraisings, private equity and strategic investments), Commercial Property, Intellectual Property and IT (combining IT contracts and outsourcing, data protection, e-commerce and brand protection), Commercial Contracts, Employment and Labour Law, Banking and Finance, Litigation and Dispute Resolution, Insolvency and Restructuring. The firm is a member of Consulegis, an international network of lawyers which spans across 47 countries so we are able to provide a fully integrated service to our clients wherever they are based or have the need for legal advice. Our clients range from owner-managed business and high-end SMEs, to venture capital funds and private equity houses, mid-sized corporates and listed companies.
