Strategy Summit on the island
Every year, new board members come together for Strategy Summit to
discuss the next season’s agenda, organization’s future steps and set a course
of action. A trainer is hosted to support remembering general rules, learning
new best practices and determining a strategy. A dinner program is also a part
of the summit.
This year, EO Turkey bended the customs of Strategy Summit and decided
to divide the plan into two half days. The weekend on 16th and 17th
of September was a total retreat for the board members! The meetings and the
dinners were held at Büyükada. With the help of sea breeze and beautiful nature
of the biggest Istanbul island, the summit was such a success! Members had very
productive sessions in the day and great time at night!
