About JJ White:
For over the 20 years JJ has been an entrepreneur and small business owner. At the age of 27 he purchased his first of many franchise units for Dale Carnegie Training, the worlds largest training and coaching company. This is where he learned to be a world-class facilitator and executive coach to hundreds of leaders. On that journey he joined the Virginia Council of CEOs, a peer led roundtable group of CEO’s, and later became Board Chair.
Through those experiences, he gained tremendous experience helping his fellow CEOs overcome their most pressing business challenges. From that grew a calling to become a Professional EOS Implementer and use his gifts of coaching to facilitate the same transformation for other leadership teams.
