Rodney has been a licensed insurance agent since 1989, starting his own business in 1993 before incorporating Rodney Cole Insurance in 1997. Rodney and his wife, Jennifer, have been married since 1994 and have four sons. He has been an active member of Shady Grove UMC since 1982, serving on a number of committees, including the Board of Trustees for many years.
