Meet Chrys A. Martin who focuses her practice on HR advice and counseling for employers to avoid litigation. She offers her clients over 35 years of successful experience in complex employment and benefits litigation, including class actions, discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wage and hour violations. Chrys applies her depth of knowledge learned from litigation to daily counseling for employers and training supervisors in HR best practices. Her practical approach to difficult employment issues is also based on prior hands-on management and human resources experience.
MEET BILL FROM DAVIS WRIGHT TREMAINE
Meet Bill Miner, Partner-in-Charge of the Portland office, works with his clients to resolve their legal problems through pre-litigation counseling, litigation, and mediation. Bill tries cases in state and federal courts and through private arbitration. His experience includes defending and prosecuting business torts, breach of contract claims; disputes between and among members of limited liability companies; residential and commercial real estate matters, including landlord-tenant, title, lien and timber trespass disputes; and probate and trust cases.
