EO Philly Hangs Out with Pete Rose

Former baseball great Pete Rose, coach of the Philadelphia Phillies, held an audience of Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) members and their guests spellbound at the Pyramid Club in Philadelphia on November 17. Pete spoke informally, as though to a group of acquaintances; his topics ranged from his glory days of baseball to gambling issues, his regrets and lessons learned.  He shared personal stories and talked about key influences—good and bad—in his life.  Honest and transparent, Pete drew a clear picture of the pivotal power decisions can have in our lives, both in the near- and long-term.

Pete Rose is one of EO Philadelphia Chapter’s notable speakers. On Wednesday, December 7th at Spasso Italian Grill at 6 PM, George Anastasia, “one of the most respected crime reporters in the country” (60 Minutes), two-time Pulitzer Prize nominee, author of Gotti’s Rules, and long-time writer for the Philadelphia Inquirer, will speak alongside the notorious—and now reformed—Gotti crime family hit man John Alite.

The December 7th event is open to EO Philadelphia members, their guests and qualified prospects.  For information on EO membership, contact Joe Eilliot at [email protected]
