Verne Harnish is the founder of two world-renowned entrepreneurship organizations, the Young Entrepreneur's Organization (now EO) and the Association of Collegiate Entrepreneurs (ACE), and chaired for 15 years the entrepreneurship leadership program, “Birth of Giants” and WEO’s “Advanced Business” executive program, both held at MIT.

Founder and CEO of Gazelles, a global executive education and coaching company, Verne has spent the past 29 years educating entrepreneurial teams.

The “Growth Guy” syndicated columnist, he’s also a regular contributing writer for Fortune Magazine’s Venture section.

He’s the author of Mastering the Rockefeller Habits, which is endorsed by over 100 CEOs of mid-size companies and is published in Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Russian, Serbian, Polish, Dutch and Spanish.

Verne also chairs annual Growth Summits in Australia, Europe and Latin America and continues to teach in the MIT executive program he founded and the “Taipan: Making of Asian Giants” program he co-chaired for 10 years.

He also led the first delegation of young entrepreneurs to Mainland China. He’s married with four children and enjoys magic as a card-carrying member of the International Brotherhood of Magicians.
