Entrepreneurs’ Organization Partner with Leading Corporations for Greater Business Success in Oklahoma

Oklahoma City, OK – May 24, 3010 – The Oklahoma chapter of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO), a dynamic, global network that enables entrepreneurs to learn and grow, recently announced their allegiance through sponsorship with American Bank & Trust Co., McAffee & Taft and First National Bank of Oklahoma. Developed under the distinct vision of financial growth in Oklahoma, sponsors and members of EO Oklahoma have joined together to advance the longevity and value of the state’s business sector and increase the $67 million that Oklahoma EO members from Tulsa and Oklahoma City generate in sales each year.

Through their partnership and donations, EO Oklahoma will have the ability to host and attend entrepreneurial events around the nation to bring knowledge, opportunities and development to Oklahoma. The latest event for local members included the EO Texas Roundup, the largest gathering of the world’s most influential entrepreneurs, with speaking sessions by former President George W. Bush; Roy Spence, Co-Founder & Chairman, GSD&M Idea City / Co-Founder & CEO, The Purpose Institute; and Don Hutson, Co-Author of The One Minute Entrepreneur and Expert on Entrepreneurship.

“We are pleased to partner with EO Oklahoma this year,” said Mel Martin, President of First National Bank of Oklahoma. “We strongly believe the long-term future of our bank, to a large degree, will be determined by associating with exceptional, younger new customers like the members of EO and their businesses.”

“Our sponsors played a key role in our development as we strive to build a membership comprised of the state’s top entrepreneurs,” said David Matthews, President of EO Oklahoma. “Sponsors provide us with several valuable resources including the ability to enhance the quality of our monthly chapter events and to refer qualified prospective members to our organization.”

"Our sponsorship partners provide valuable resources to our member entrepreneurs,” said Eric Jenkins, Sponsorship Chair of EO Oklahoma City. “They help us accomplish our mission of being the most influential group of entrepreneurs in Oklahoma."
