Complete Nutrition Gives Away Franchise on A&E's New Real Life Series "Be the Boss"

OMAHA, Neb., Nov 14, 2012 (GlobeNewswire via COMTEX) -- Complete Nutrition, the nation's fastest-growing nutritional supplement franchise, will be featured in the premiere episode of A&E's new original real life series "Be the Boss," a competition show that pits two employees of a franchise-based company against each other for the ultimate prize of winning their own franchise. The episode airs Sunday, December 2 at 10 p.m. EST/PST.

From the Emmy-Award winning creators of "Undercover Boss," "Be the Boss" faces off two store-level employees from the franchise system, giving them the chance at what they think is a big promotion. In each episode, the CEO summons two high-performing candidates to the company headquarters and subsequently puts them through a series of challenges to test their mettle as a candidate for a senior management role. What they don't know is that an even greater opportunity is ultimately at stake -- the keys to their own franchise.

Appearing in Complete Nutrition's episode are local store managers Ashley Olson, a fitness model from Eugene, Ore., and Jason Mitchell, a guitar-playing Marine from Wichita Falls, Texas. They compete to prove their business and brand knowledge by creating and leading a fitness class, running a pop-up retail store and interviewing with Complete Nutrition's CEO and President.

"People seeking a partner to improve their health choose Complete Nutrition because they trust our consultants will guide them in reaching their health and fitness goals," said Complete Nutrition President Ryan Zink. "Starring in 'Be the Boss' is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to show the world the unbelievable knowledge and passion of our employees and franchisees."

Complete Nutrition has more than 160 locations nationwide and plans to open approximately 150 locations in the next three years. Employing certified personal trainers, former strength coaches and others experienced in health and fitness, Complete Nutrition differentiates itself from competitors through its consultative approach to nutritional supplements.
