Jill Nelson, president of
Ruby Receptionists , added more clients in 2009 despite the economic downturn. Ruby Receptionists services 770 companies throughout the US and Canada. Jill credited Ruby's strength to taking care of clients well.
Celeste Trapp, president of
HairM, was able to fit a market niche while people were looking to save money. Crediting her membership in EO, Celeste thrived during the recession by providing better value to her clients.
Brandy Marsh, owner of
Area Floors, rebranded her newly acquired company by putting a fresh face on a 40-year-old company. Brandy was able to remain successful despite the economy by putting processes in place to stay profitable.
