Daftarkhwan and EO Lahore will collaborate on an exclusive basis to foster the national entrepreneurial ecosystem and the Parties will endeavor to cooperate in the following areas:
1.
EO members will be granted honorary membership of Daftarkhwan as well as a free day of coworking for their personal use at any Daftarkhwan facility 1 day
per
month.
2.
Exclusive free-of-cost use of any of Daftarkhwan’s venues for the hosting of the Annual GSEA Pakistan Finals.
3.
EO members will avail exclusive Resident member-rates for usage of conference room and meeting room, at a rate of Rs. 1,000 and Rs. 500, respectively. (Details in Appendix I)
4.
Daftarkhwan will offer space to EO members to host events at 20% discount. The rack rate for events is Rs. 50,000/day (details in Appendix I) that
includes multimedia, sound system, seating for 40 individuals, self-service tea & coffee setup and on-ground management staff.
5.
Daftarkhwan will offer 4 resident memberships to GSEA Pakistan finalists and will charge only for 2 resident memberships (exclusive 50% discount on annual membership package).
6.
Daftarkhwan will offer an exclusive 25% discount to EO members and GSEA Pakistan finalists for the first three months of their membership. All relevant features & amenities will be included in the discounted package.
7.
An exclusive strategic alliance will be instituted for GSEA Pakistan Program and EO Mentorship Program with Daftarkhwan, for a period of 2 years.
8.
Daftarkhwan will host
GSEA
Pakistan finalists to DK Fireside Chats. Both parties may promote
such sessions on their social
media channels.
9.
Daftarkhwan will invite EO members to all relevant events.
10. Each Party may repost other Party’s news and
events relating to the Collaboration on its official social media profile provided such posts do not
violate the terms of confidentiality provided herein.
11. EO members and GSEA Pakistan finalists will route their booking and requests through EO Coordinator in Lahore to avail the discounts being offered.
