JASEN BARNES

An entrepreneur at heart, Jasen co-founded Flight Schedule Pro as a sophomore in college with a just a hundred bucks, a computer, and an idea. Bootstrapped from day one, the General Aviation company now schedules 20,000 flights a day for aircraft operators in 50 different countries. Flight Schedule Pro differentiates itself in the market through superior product design, and genuine care for people. Jasen is known for his positive attitude and resilience in the face of adversity. As active CEO of the company, he currently focuses his time on team building and the creation of a sustainable growth engine for the company.

 

Jasen has a business degree from the University of Kansas. He lives in Overland Park, KS with his wife and two young boys...and he still tries to play soccer.

JIM BROWN


Jim is the managing partner of MBB and it’s healthcare division hippo. He began his career in media working for television stations in Omaha, Phoenix, Wichita and Kansas City as sales and sales management.

His experience in the media world affords him insight into the world of content and distribution that has become the cornerstone of most brands modern marketing strategy. His media experience has made him astute in creating distribution models that generate real coverage and return-on-investment for our clients.  

Jim did his undergraduate work at the University of Kansas and received his M.B.A from the Heider School of Business at Creighton University. He is the father of three teenage children. In his free time, Jim is active in Kansas City non-profits including Catholic Charities, Cornerstones of Care, Acacia Fund and the Kansas City Chamber of Commerce.

MEGAN DUDEK

Meghan has more than 18 years of professional experience in interior design and owner representation completing a variety of projects including corporate, healthcare, education and government. Meghan's experience in interior design and project oversight includes turnkey operations, complex phased renovations and new construction. She is accustomed to working as a member of the architectural design team to help create an image and environment that fulfills the client's vision for interior spaces, meets all functional demands and compliments the clinical mission. Through detailed programming strategy and documentation along with thoughtful design and ingenuity, she provides solutions within an efficient and attractive space tailored to her client’s requirements and culture. Meghan understands that all phases of design including schematic design, design development, construction document and construction administration will impact the overall project schedule and budget if not managed properly.

KIERSTEN FIRQUAIN

Kiersten is a consultant, chef, and entrepreneur whose focus is on local, fresh, and healthy creations. ‘chef k’ as she’s known started her first company in 1999. five years later, after attending the culinary institute of America in St Helena, ca., she started her catering business in-home bistro which she still operates today. in 2006 she founded bistro kids, the first farm 2 school lunch program in the Midwest. in 2011, bistro kids was acquired by treat America (company kitchen), a Kansas City owned food service management company. in 2015 Kiersten co-founded her latest venture, happy food co. a meal kitting platform supply company. with her partner Jeff Glasco, chef k is working to revolutionize the way real people purchase, cook, and enjoy good food at home. Kiersten has undergraduate degrees from the University of Kansas and a graduate degree from California state university Sacramento. she resides in Lenexa and has one son in college

BRADLEY MOUNTS

Bradley Mounts is an entrepreneur and sales professional with a strong desire to train salespeople to be different and achieve great results. He’s been distributing chemicals in the automotive industry for BG Services for 18 years. During this time, he has managed salespeople and developed sales territories. BG Services distributes automotive chemicals in Missouri, Southern Illinois and Arkansas. 


In 2010, he wanted to give business ownership a try and purchased his first business, a flooring store in Springfield, MO. In 2011, he and a business partner purchased BG Services; the distribution business he continues to own today. Since owning BG Services, he has been instrumental in taking the salesforce from 7 people to 24 people and has more than doubled the revenue.


Bradley’s passion is to develop salespeople and sales managers and train service people in the automotive industry.  He graduated from Missouri State University with a degree in Marketing with an emphasis in Sales and Sales Management.  Bradley is married and has 3 children (ages 9, 11 and 13). In 2016, he and his family moved to southern Leawood, KS.

MEGAN NOLAND

Megan Noland is the Director of Financial Operations at Diamond Contractors, where Megan leads the finance/accounting team and provides strategic direction and oversight of front-end revenue cycle work processes and outcomes. She is responsible for managing all financial accounts and overseeing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable and all Payroll.

Megan grew up working at Diamond from age 14, graduated from UCM in 2002, and has been married for 19 years to Derek Noland, the Director of Construction for Diamond.  They have 3 children together, the oldest of whom just graduated from high school.  Megan is known for her love of traveling, as well as reading and tasting all the wines.
