Meet the EOKC Board of Directors

CHRISTIAN ARNOLD, PRESIDENT

Christian’s entrepreneurial spirit and calm leadership allows him to effectively assemble and guide teams of experts that add measurable value to each endeavor. His diverse background including industrial design, fabrication, construction and real estate development allows him to see solutions where others only see problems.

His commitment to servant leadership is illustrated in his contributions back to EO. He has served on the board as Forum Chair, Strategic Partnership Chair and is humbled to serve the members of EO KC in 2018/2019 as the chapter President.

Sonia has been a member of EO Kansas City for over 2 years. She believes EO has made her a better leader and is excited to be serving on the board.

LINDA UNGASHICK, FINANCE

I have been married to Luke Ungashick for 26 years and we have 4 awesome daughters - ages 25,23,21 & 16. Our family has a lot of girl power and Luke is a very tolerant husband and father! In my spare time I love spending time with my family, exercising, gardening, playing with our dogs and being at the lake or ocean.

Twenty-one years ago (1997) Luke and I started Automated Integrated Systems. We design and manufacture industrial process systems. In 2006 we became a woman-owned business. In 2014 we started an epoxy manufacturing business, also woman-owned.

This will be my third year serving on the EO KC Board, my second year as Finance Chair. Previously I held the position of Communications Chair.

My experience with EO has been very rewarding and has helped me develop as an individual and partner as well as a business owner.

RYAN WYSE, INTEGRATION

Ryan started his web and development company, Code Koalas, 7 years ago in his basement. Since then he’s gone from 1 employee to 13 and from 2 kids to 5 with his wife Jennifer. He joined EO 2 years ago and is a member of the Big Bang forum.

JEFF SANDMAN, MEMBERSHIP

Jeff has a crazy attention to detail. In fact, we were tempted to hide a punctuation mistake in his bio, just to see if he would notice. He also happens to be great at building company momentum, engaging his staff, networking and having a good time.

It’s probably the sales guy in him. Prior to starting Pendo, he worked in IT sales. Oh, and he also owned his own construction company (so this whole appraisal thing is a pretty natural fit.) So if you want to start a conversation with Jeff, start with that. Or ask a question about golf. Or traveling. Or traveling to play golf.
