There are three levels of insurance benefits that we provide to most business owners;
- The first level is general group benefits. These are coverage areas that you need to attract and retain your most important asset: your employees. Health, dental, vision, group life and disability are the main areas of this coverage level. Trying to lower spend in these areas are key to operating a successful business. Renegotiation with the carriers as well as utilization of HSA/HRA programs help us to achieve these goals.
- The second level of insurance planning is for your key employees and top talent at your firm: supplemental disability and life insurance are key coverage areas that are often overlooked as incomes increase.
- The third and final tier of planning focuses on the business owner and their executives: buy-sell funding, key-man coverage, deferred compensation programs, and executive bonus arrangements. We are also very familiar with creative Estate Planning techniques and work with the client’s attorney’s and CPA’s to ensure compliance on all levels.
