- - Responsible for researching, reporting, presenting, negotiating and executing alliance relationships with the guidance of the SVP of Strategic Communications and the External Engagement Committee.
- - Serve as staff liaison to the External Engagement Committee. Plan and coordinate any committee meetings including venue, invites, and materials. Coordinate all committee activity including calls, meetings, and goals.
- - Manage the Path of Leadership process for this committee. Actively identify potential member leaders for open positions.
- - Prepare presentations and manage disbursement of various materials to potential prospective alliances.
- - Collect and format data for monthly global board reports as needed.
- - Monitor alliance implementation, track adoption of alliances and report.
- - Answer telephone and e-mail inquiries from members and staff regarding alliances.
- - Educate and coordinate with EO staff about alliances and how to promote to the membership and externally in the press.
- - Coordinate with other departments to ensure high quality relationships. Elevate issues where appropriate
- - Coordinate ongoing communication and information sharing with existing alliances.
- - Maintain contact and document databases. Actively document processes.
- - Create, write, edit and manage white papers and memorandums of understanding associated with proposed or existing alliances.
- - Other duties and assignments as necessary
External Conference Duties
- - Responsible for researching, reporting, presenting, negotiating and executing relationships with external conferences with the guidance of the SVP of Strategic Communications and the External Engagement Committee.
- - Create, write, edit and manage white papers and memorandums of understanding associated with external conferences.
- - Represent EO onsite at conferences. Coordinate and execute learning sessions, host panel discussions, speak publicly about EO, its programs and relationships.
- - Other duties and assignments as necessary
Employee Management
- - Manage one full time employee in the Alexandria, VA office. Coordinate employee's schedule and workload with other managers who also oversee projects this employee is working on. Set goals for the employee and review his/her performance each year.

Globalization Initiatives
- - Oversee the Global Citizen of the Year award. Manage the application and scoring - Actively identify other opportunities for EO to engage with the external entrepreneurial community.
- - Maintain awareness of all EO chapter locations, current and pending
