• *Managed Service Provider (MSP) – We manage everything from on-prem desktop/laptop to data center and cloud infrastructure. We also assist clients in migrating to the cloud. Addit
• *Telecom – Services covered under this division are all bandwidth requirements local or national. In addition, we also provide on-prem or cloud phone services
• *Security – In this new age of work from home, securing company data is more important than ever before.
• *Support Desk as a Service

ProTech cares is an integral part of what ProTech is all about. We believe that every organization has a duty to better their community. With that in mind, we support a number of local non-profit organizations by providing support for both Technology and Volunteers. We also understand that our employees have different beliefs and there are non-profit organizations they want to support. We encourage our employees to dedicate their time and volunteer for the cause they want to support. We believe this allows us to reach a broader community & make a positive impact. Over the years ProTech has supported the local Boys & Girls chapter in Memphis. We not only sponsor their annual Golf event for fund raising, we conduct an annual Toy drive to collect toys for kids. In addition to this, members of the ProTech exec team are on the board of several non-profit organizations.

We collaborate with a number of local tech institutes & offer regular internship opportunities to provide hands on experience to students who are close to graduating. In addition to providing internship, we also offer a chance to gain employment with our organization. We also provide discounted services to non-profit organizations in an effort to support their cause.
