Local Entrepreneurs Receive a Lesson in Communications from Famed Entrepreneur Gavin Duffy

LAS VEGAS -- The Las Vegas Chapter of Entrepreneur Organization (EO) announced its latest exclusive event for current and prospective members of the elite organization.

The latest event is a 1-day workshop with the UK's leading communications guru, Gavin Duffy.  Best known for his role on "Dragon's Den" (similar to the popular 'Shark Tank' in the U.S.), Gavin will be focusing on major media skills. In a highly practical intensive day, local entrepreneurs will learn how to be effective in front of journalists and the media. This affable Irishman has media coached no less than five Prime Ministers.

Gavin Duffy currently appears in Dragons’ Den on RTE TV in Ireland and on Dave throughout the UK as an investor in this worldwide hit entrepreneur show, the format for which now runs in 24 countries. In the US the franchise is called Shark Tank. He started life as a radio host ending up owning radio stations and becoming a serial investor or business angel. He has investments mainly in communications and recruitment.  He also operates Europe’s leading boutique communications consultancy advising CEOs how to communicate leadership.

The Las Vegas chapter of EO has members who run major manufacturing facilities, call centers, accounting firms, etc and some that top over $40M in revenue.  EO is the catalyst that enables entrepreneurs to learn and grow from each other, leading to greater business success and an enriched personal life.
