New Member Spotlight: Tal Moore

Welcome to EO Seattle's newest member, Tal Moore!  Tal is a serial entrepreneur who specializes in building dot-com businesses; he is also an active angel investor in a number of tech startups.  Tal's many projects include Gumballs.com, ePopcorn.com, GadgetShack.com and multiple others.

Tal was born into an entrepreneurial family - his father owned a gas station, and his mother ran a hair salon, giving Tal his initial exposure to entrepreneurship at a young age.  At age 12, Tal got his own start as a young entrepreneur by clandestinely selling gumballs to his middle school classmates.  Tal founded Gumballs.com in 2001 and has successfully launched a number of other online businesses since then.

Tal is looking forward to the peer learning aspect of EO.  "I'm excited to have dialog with, and correspond with peers who are doing great things - to help them, learn from them and be inspired by them," says Tal.  "I don't have many friends or business associates who have the same understanding of entrepreneurship and I'm excited to surround myself with people who have worked hard to create something extraordinary for themselves."

Fun fact: Tal is a world traveller and loves to experience different cultures.  He most recently visited Colombia and Italy, and is looking forward to experiencing Costa Rica, the Galapagos Islands and Brazil in the near future.
