Victor Ramsauer advises the firm’s clients on the sale, acquisition and
divestiture of businesses with values up to and exceeding $175 million. In
addition, he provides senior leadership regarding deal structuring and
negotiation, financial reporting research, and the design and performance of
due diligence procedures.
With extensive skills in auditing, M&As, and general
business consulting, Mr. Ramsauer also has a comprehensive understanding of the
government contracting market and Federal Acquisition Regulations. He advises
various government contractors in preparing for successful pre-award surveys by
the Defense Contract Audit Agency, negotiating forward pricing rates, and
gaining approval of termination-for-convenience claims, among other outcomes.
Mr. Ramsauer derives great satisfaction from solving
clients’ problems, and he sees a similar drive in his colleagues across the firm. “To resolve complex problems, you have to ask smart questions
