The Entrepreneurs’ Organization Connects Business Leaders and World-Renowned Entrepreneurial Leaders in Geneva
Alexandria, Virginia, USA (3 September 2014) – The Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO), a global network of more than 10,000 business owners, will host its bi-annual learning event in Geneva, Switzerland, where some of the world’s most formidable business minds are gathering to inspire an international exchange between cultures and ideas. It is an ideal setting for entrepreneurs to connect with members from around the world and experts from a variety of disciplines, as a way to learn what entrepreneurs are seeing on the ground as they help shape the world economy.
“Whether we’re from Geneva or the Netherlands, Indonesia or Jeddah, we speak the universal language of entrepreneurship. We come together at events like this to learn from one another, empower each other and explore new ways to make a mark through entrepreneurship,” said Blair Assaly, EO Global Chairman. “Why? Because giving back is the common denominator of EO members – one that both drives and defines us as a global community of thought leaders.”
The general sessions will be emceed by Adrian Seet, prime time anchor for Malaysia’s English news television, Channel 2. Among other presenters are a variety of world-renowned business leaders, ranging from Fathi Derder (Swiss Parliament) and Stephane Garelli (World Competitiveness Centre) to Claude Nicollier (European Space Agency), Dominique Wavre (Switzerland’s most prolific offshore sailor), Bertrand Piccard and (Founder, Solar Impulse) and Sébastian Loeb (World Rally Champion). Throughout the four-day event, more than 350 EO members will participate in a variety of exclusive, invitation-only sessions to share entrepreneurial and personal experiences. One of the most highly anticipated and authentic sessions will be an exclusive learning session at The United Nations General Assembly Hall.
