Entrepreneurs’ Organization Launches Bhopal Chapter
Alexandria, Virginia, USA (29 October, 2018) – Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO), the world’s leading peer-to-peer network of successful business owners has announced the launch of its newest chapter, EO Bhopal, in Madhya Pradesh, India, welcoming local entrepreneurs from a wide range of industries including Skill Development, Services, Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, Food and Beverages, IT, Automotive, Education and Training and Real Estate. This is the 24th chapter launched in South Asia which has over 1550 members across India, Bangladesh, Nepal
and Sri Lanka.
EO started out in 1987 with a commitment to transform the lives of entrepreneurs who transform the world. Since then, it has grown to over 13000 members across 57 countries. With a mission to engage leading entrepreneurs to learn and grow, it enriches members’ lives through dynamic peer-to-peer learning, once-in-a-lifetime experiences and connections to experts.
EO Bhopal also hosted an inaugural event for members and their spouses on 16 December 2018. In the spirit of learning and growth, the event kicked off with a motivational talk by Praveen Teotia, an ex-marine commando
and Shaurya Chakra winner, followed by an evening of performances.
Entrepreneurs joining the chapter gain access to world-class learning events across the globe, executive education programs, mentorship and an opportunity to help other budding entrepreneurs through the EO Accelerator program and the EO Global Student Entrepreneur Awards.
Sharing her enthusiasm about the launch, Pallavi Rao Chaturvedi, Chapter President, EO Bhopal said, “We have a vibrant entrepreneurial landscape in Bhopal and bringing a chapter to the region will help entrepreneurs make more connections and learn from each other’s experiences. The elected members of EO Bhopal bring a rich knowledge base from varied backgrounds making the chapter a consortium of learning.”
The chapter was also welcomed to the global EO family by Karan Bhatia, Growth Director, EO South Asia
and Sanjay Wadhwa, a past EO Global Board Member.
