ALEXANDRIA, VA, 1 July, 2008 – The Entrepreneurs’ Organization is pleased to announce that David Galbenski became Chairman of the Global Board of Directors on 1 July, 2008.

Galbenski, a member of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization’s Detroit chapter, is the President and CEO of Lumen Legal, based in Royal Oak, Michigan.  Since 1993, Galbenski has pioneered outsourcing solutions for corporate clients and law firms, and guided development of one of the industry's most innovative database-driven human resource systems.  He has been a member of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization since 1999, and has held numerous volunteer leadership positions within both the Detroit chapter and the global organization.  An Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award (for Staffing and IT Consulting Services) and multiple-year recognition from business and law industry peers, including the “Metropolitan Detroit’s 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For” award, are among the accolades Galbenski has received. Lumen Legal is also a two-time member of the Inc. 500.

Cindy Boyd, President of Sentigy, Inc., and a member of the Houston chapter, and Adam Glickman, a Los Angeles-based member who is CEO of Condomania, also joined the Entrepreneurs’ Organization’s Global Board on July 1 as Directors. Boyd and Glickman will serve three-year terms.  Michael Caito, President of Restaurants on the Run and a member of the Orange County, California, chapter, will serve as the organization’s Chairman-Elect-Elect, becoming the Chairman in 2010.

“The use of social networking technology is high on my list of priorities during my term, as well as increasing external awareness through new global partnerships,” said incoming Chairman Galbenski. “In addition, an all-new Leadership Academy for our members will be launched. Our theme for the year is ‘Success to Significance’ and we are using this theme to begin a dialogue with our members to define their significance in their companies, communities and families.”
