What is the role of the new dedicated Qantas EO Account Management team?
The account team is designed to act as a single point of contact for EO members into Qantas. They will help you with any problems or issues that you have with bookings, or any questions relating to this promotion or to other Qantas Business Rewards benefits.
However, please continue to make Qantas flight bookings through your preferred channel. The Account team cannot take bookings. Hence, members can call in with queries related to reservations, but the call will be redirected to the reservations team so it will often be simpler to call reservations directly on 13 13 13.
