Exclusive Group of Entrepreneurs Accepts Two New Oklahoma Members: Individual members of EO Oklahoma contribute experience to lead others to greater success

Oklahoma City, OK - Aug 11, 2010 - The Oklahoma Entrepreneurs’ Organization, a group of highly influential entrepreneurs in the state dedicated to creating jobs, shaping government policy and advancing the frontiers of knowledge, recently accepted two new members, Gabe Bass of Bass Law Firm, P.C. and Brad Croy of CMP Corporation, each for continued triumphs in their respective industries, a reflection of their unique backgrounds, as well as their vision for the future growth of the Oklahoma business sector.

Bass, a former Marine Corps officer and current reservist relies on Marine Corps values for success in his personal life and business endeavors. Bass uses discipline and diligence in his aggressive expansion plans for his 76-year-old, family-owned law firm. When asked about his recent acceptance into the Entrepreneurs’ Organization, Bass was excited for the opportunity to share his own experiences with other members and learn from other business leaders.

“It has been said that Marine Corps officer training is the world’s most elite and demanding MBA program, and I think there is a lot of truth in that. EO Oklahoma is an opportunity for successful local entrepreneurs to learn from and leverage the experiences of one another to expand their horizons and accelerate their work. I’m thrilled to be a new member of this group,” said Bass.

Croy continues his family business as a manufacturer and distributor in the HVAC and Refrigeration industries. Under his leadership, CMP Corporation acquired Glenn Tool, increasing production capabilities and diversifying their industry scope to include custom manufacturing. CMP Corporation increased their facilities by 40,000 square feet in 2008 to accommodate intense growth. Croy also operates a real estate investment company and serves on the board of directors for First National Bank of Midwest City.

“My father started CMP Corporation after years of doing service work on HVAC equipment. My brother and I are the second generation running the company. In 2006, we acquired another manufacturing business to diversify ourselves. I am enthusiastic about the opportunity to learn from my peers in EO Oklahoma,” said Croy.
