Leadership Resources was founded by Boyd Ober because of his desire to help others achieve success. Serving as president and CEO of the company, he devotes his time to providing organizations vision, coaching and consulting, and strengthening the Leadership Resources team. Empowering leaders to establish a practical plan for their own success and achieve the vision for their businesses, while maintaining a balanced perspective, is his objective.

Leadership Resources recently reached a company milestone, celebrating over 15 years of business. The company has grown from a startup with seven leadership development clients to a reputable, multi-service line organization that helps clients develop high-performing leaders, build strong strategic and operational plans, and create cultures of accountability.
