Gallaher Continues Customer Service Emphasis, Expands
Services and Monitoring
Leading life safety
and asset protection solutions provider announces significant expansion to
Services and Monitoring division to facilitate customer growth and geographical
expansion
KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – July 13, 2017 – Gallaher, the region’s leading life
safety and asset protection solutions provider, announced today the expansion
of their Services and Monitoring division to ensure growing roster of clients
receives exceptional service.
Last year alone,
Gallaher provided solutions and performed services for more than 1,000 clients,
including Dover Development, Maryville City Schools, Blount County Schools, Church
Street United Methodist Church, and Margaritaville Island Hotel. In addition,
Gallaher also worked on multiple projects in the metro Nashville and
Chattanooga areas.
Gallaher grew
21.6 percent in 2016 and expects to grow as much as 50 percent in 2017. This
growth led Gallaher to invest in their current employees and new talent while
expanding efforts in their Services and Monitoring division.

Gallaher recently
shifted their central station—which monitors burglar, fire and other business
alarm systems—to Tennessee in order to offer higher levels of customer service
and more features for their clients.
“Our customers
now have the ability to do things through apps for security and video,” Ellison
said. “They can create custom reports and pull information from the panels
themselves without having to call. They can make changes themselves without
having to go through our office. It’s a lot more of a user-friendly process.”
Future growth
plans for Gallaher include expanding their remote service capabilities to
include hosted access, managed access, and hosted and managed video, which allows
customer to use video and access control without having to purchase software,
server, and equipment themselves. This reliable, cloud-based option will
provide a much more scalable option for smaller or mid-sized businesses.
