Update from President, Christian Arnold

Brrrrrr!  It's been a chilly week but Happy February! The chapter board met a couple of weeks ago for our Mid-Year Summit and it was the most productive and aligned one that I've had the pleasure of attending! 

Shelby Scarbrough from EOSF and Nad Elias from EO Austin joined us and we summarized the day of planning into the following initiatives. Curious to learn more?

3 // Chapter Initiates: Stay focused on membership growth and delivering exceptional content/events for member engagement.

Open Position: We've been sharing an admin with EO Nebraska but as we've grown, having someone in KC to help with events and member engagement has become critical. Referrals: As we strive to keep the quality of our membership, we need referrals. I encourage each member to think of at least one person and share their contact info with Jeff Sandman or myself. 

Board Positions If you're interested in growing as a leader, then participation on our chapter board is a great way to continue the path of leadership. I personally cherish the time spent and frankly, feel it's a bonus forum. I'm grateful to be surrounded by such high-quality individuals.
