Letter from President Christian Arnold

Hello EOKC

I feel a great debt to EO. The growth our company has seen, the strategies implemented, the friendships made, the ridiculous amounts of learning, locally and internationally. The list goes on and on. My way of repaying that debt is to give back to our chapter through service.

I’ve never been more proud to be a member of such a thriving chapter. We had excellent participation at GLC and for the first time in years, all board members were able to attend and receive training. As you’ve all noticed we have continued to direct the bulk of our dues into learning events. John Bakarich, your Learning Chair, has done an amazing job over the last year and is in the process of mapping out another inspiring year of events.

At our last Board Strategy summit, 2 clear goals emerged.

1.    Grow our Membership, but very selectively

a.    We are exceeding the goals we established and so excited to welcome our new members

2.    Strengthen our Community Influence

a.    We strive to be the most influential community of entrepreneurs in our very philanthropic city.

I’m so grateful to be surrounded by such an amazing board and so excited about what each one will bring to the table to make our chapter the best version of itself. We have more strategic partners than any other chapter our size and that is how we have been able to keep our dues the lowest in the country and still drive strong content to our members. We are fortunate that XCentric is in St Louis on September 12-15, so please plan on joining us for a great event. If you’re even on the fence about it, just talk to someone that attended last year in Austin.

Lastly, this is EO, own your experience!

-Christian
