EO FORTH WORTH APPLAUDS MEMBERS ON FORT WORTH BUSINESS PRESS’ “40 UNDER 40”

FORT WORTH, Texas (April 10, 2017) – Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) Fort Worth is thrilled to congratulate three of its members who were awarded Fort Worth Business Press’ “40 Under 40” — an honor that recognizes successful young professionals who are outstanding in their industries and communities.

The awarded EO chapter members were Susan Gruppi and Jessica Miller Worman, both of M2G Ventures, as well as EO Accelerator member Darien George of Mackenzie Eason & Associates.

“These EO Fort Worth members are all exceptional businesspeople, each well deserving of this honor,” said Don Lamont, president of EO Fort Worth. “We’re proud of our group of entrepreneurs and their drive to excel and continue to be leaders in all areas of their lives and in the local community.”

Gruppi and Worman are twin sisters and the co-presidents of the commercial real estate business M2G Ventures (M2G) that is taking Fort Worth by storm. Recognizable by their renovations and murals, their projects include The Foundry, The Crossing at Camp Bowie, O.B. Mac and more. M2G has expanded the city’s rich, artistic culture by utilizing their specialties: development, investment and storytelling.

Gruppi, responsible for finance, development, strategy and value creation, started M2G Ventures in 2014. As a member of the Urban Land Institute, CREW Fort Worth, The Greater Fort Worth Real Estate Council and the International Council of Shopping Centers, Gruppi is heavily involved in the development of her community.

Worman was strategically involved in founding M2G Ventures, and joined full time in 2015. She is responsible for overseeing landlord and retailer consulting, marketing, strategy and value creation. Prior to joining the M2G team, Worman led strategy, site selection and execution of real estate for many major, impressive brands, such as Tesla, Spanx, J Crew and Apple.

George, the managing partner of Mackenzie Eason & Associates, is no stranger to the search business, an industry he’s been in for more than 15 years. He approaches the search process in a highly strategic way, matching executives with companies based on true fit with company culture, goals and core values. Since creating Mackenzie Eason & Associates, George has applied innovative solutions to the search process, namely in integrating it with talent management, technology and psychology.
