Philadelphia, PA, USA (01 December 2011)Members of Entrepreneurs’ Organization Philadelphia (EO Philadelphia) plan to give back to the local community this holiday season by volunteering at Philabundance, a non-profit organization dedicated to feeding hungry families in the Delaware Valley area.

The EO Philadelphia volunteers will gather on Thursday, December 8th from 12:30pm-3:30pm to help sort food donations at the Philabundance South Galloway Street location. The EO Philadelphia chapter consists of a group of 72 diverse entrepreneurs who work in several different industries but all understand the importance of giving back to the community.

This year marks the 2nd consecutive year that EO Philadelphia will volunteer with Philabundance. Every week Philabundance provides food to approximately 65,000 individuals and works with more than 500 member agencies.

The Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) is a dynamic, global network of more than 8,000 business owners in 40 countries. EO was founded in 1987 with its vision to build the world’s most influential community of entrepreneurs. EO is the catalyst that enables entrepreneurs to learn and grow from each other, leading to greater business success and an enriched personal life. Membership in one of EO’s 120 chapters is by invitation only. To learn more about EO and the EO Philadelphia chapter, visit EONetwork.
