Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Serve as the primary point of contact for all Mentorship Chairs.
· Manage and support all Mentorship Sub-Committee monthly calls and strategic efforts.
· Ensure the success of all 9 of EO's regions' mentorship programs. Schedule all regional calls and disseminate notes while also supporting any efforts including program launches, stability, and resolving any issues.
· Manage the program's annual budget.
· Ensure the tools and resources (including dropbox) provided to Mentorship Chairs are up to date and relevant.
· In charge of the design of mentorship tools and resources.
· Track status of local mentorship programs in all stages of development.
· Manage any online communities for Mentorship Chairs.
· Ensure accurate information is reflected on the website regarding the program.
· Create the agenda and officer guide for the Mentorship Track of the Global Leadership Conference.
· Plan the Directors' Meeting that takes place at the Global Leadership Conference.
· Primary resource for booking EO Mentorship Trainings. This includes but is not limited to: collecting dates from chapters, tracking facilitator availability, facilitator confirmation, sending contracts, payment collection.
· Prepare the content for the annual "Train the Trainer" meeting.
· Manage them Mentorship training community efforts and assist with required travel logistics..
· Manage [email protected] email address and respond to all requests in a timely manner.
· Support the Training Community Director and VP of Leadership and Strategy with related projects.
· Timely response to all email inquiries.
· Other duties and assignments as necessary.

Education and/or Experience:
Required:
- 3-5 years business experience
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Ability to travel
Preferred:
- 1-2 years Association experience
- Familiar with MS Office
