- Oversee the completion of project tasks and monitor adherence to project management processes and standards.
- Schedule and monitor work efforts, track/update schedules
- Maintain project budget, and support development of various program documentation.
- Assist in creating reports and presentations using a variety of office productivity tools.
- Support development of technical documents and deliverable schedules
- Assist staff and members to document functional and develop and uncover business rules
- Work with EO Global staff to identify system improvements re: new and existing core applications.
- Design/document technical requirements and work with developers and outsourcers to formalize
- Serve as first line of support with questions from end users.
- Work with development resources internally and externally re: optimal approach to testing, ensuring quality output
- Design change management by identifying business impacts and recommending communication and training plan on larger projects
- Provide support to end user operating departments, member leaders and members during implementation periods.
- Collaborative - team player - communicate - work well with people and works successfully in collaborative, open work environments
- Undergraduate degree in applicable field

Education and/or
Experience:
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University
- MS Dynamics CRM
- MS SQL
- MS SharePoint
- Working knowledge of SDLC, PMBOK
Preferred:
- International experience a plus
- Experience working at a non-profit membership organization preferred
