Why are new chapters important?
More chapters mean more members, an expanded global community, more influence, more connections and greater personal and professional opportunities, resulting in an enhanced EO experience.
It was a privilege being involved in the launch of EO in South Africa. It was my first real Forum experience. Being an entrepreneur, we love creating things, seeing something go from an idea to reality. Watching EO South Africa – Johannesburg grow from three founding members in 2004 to more than 50 members today fills me with pride.

What are the key elements for launching a chapter?
First, an area or city is identified. Second, a launch “champion” is chosen. Third, EO generates interest and visibility in the new market. Once these steps have been accomplished, EO can take the necessary measures to build out the chapter for its official launch.
