NEW YORK, NY (18 April 2012) – The Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) is a global network of more than 7,300 leading business owners in 42 countries. Once a month, members of New York’s EO chapter converge at forums in groups of eight to discuss and unload the pressures of their personal and professional lives. The three hours of moderated discussion provide an outlet for the stress and pressures that come with trying to balance their businesses and careers with their personal lives.

This is an intimate meeting of New York’s leading entrepreneurs, each of whom have at least $1 million in annual revenue and either own or founded their business. The members of EO New York have their finger on the pulse of New York’s business landscape and, to an extent, help shape the city’s economy.

Said Dave Kerpen, CEO of Likeable Media, a member of the New York Chapter and moderator of his forum, "My forum has helped me so much over the past two years, not just with my fast growing business, but with important personal and family issues. I credit my forum experience with helping to give me the balance that I have in my hectic life today. It's amazing how valuable it is to have business peers listening to my issues and sharing their own related experiences."

EO was founded in 1987 by a group of young entrepreneurs, and acts as the catalyst that enables entrepreneurs to learn and grow from each other, leading to greater business success and an enriched personal life. EO members represent global revenues of more than US$111 billion and employ more than 1.2 million workers. The average member is 40 years old with annual revenues of US$17.3 million.
