CLEARREFINING® is a Unique Near-Zero Refining Technology Used in the Natural Gas and Petroleum Industries
July 11, 2012 – Advanced Refining Concepts, LLC (ARC), a privately held developer and manufacturer of proprietary and industrial fuels, today announced that the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office has issued a patent to the company’s co-founders, Dr. Rudolf Gunnerman and Peter Gunnerman. Patent no. 8,203,027 titled “Continuous Process and Plant Design for Conversion of Biogas to Liquid Fuel,” relates to the ClearRefining® technology, a method for producing clean liquid fuels through a unique low temperature, low pressure catalytic refining process. The ClearRefining® technology infuses natural gas or biogas with liquid petroleum products in a near-zero emission, closed loop system that transforms the constituents into a higher quality and increased quantity of clean liquid motor fuel.
