18 October 2011 – Enhancing U.A.E - Pakistan business relations and encouraging entrepreneurs and entrepreneurship, the meeting was held in Karachi on October 18, 2011 that brought together Arab Emirates diplomatic leaders and members of Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO), Karachi Chapter.

“Pakistan & the United Arab Emirates enjoy very strong ties because of their cultural & traditional similarity & geographical location. The bond between the two nations has been flourishing for decades and developed into wide-ranging co-operation in many fields. The two states share common concerns & perceptions on various regional & international issues. UAE has always come forward to stand with Pakistan in the times of crises i.e. natural calamities, earthquakes and floods. On many occasions, UAE has extended its financial assistance for meeting trade and budgetary deficits.
