Born in 1950 to help build “Better Leaders through Education and Idea Exchange,” YPO’s mission still resonates worldwide. YPO is the premier international network of young global business leaders under the age of 50, connecting more than 10,000 members in more than 180 local chapters and more than 75 nations to learn, exchange ideas and share strategies to address the challenges young leaders face today. YPO, a not-for-profit executive education organization of peers, continues to welcome new members and chapters around the world.
WPO
WPO is the chapter- and Forum-based graduate organization of YPO with more than 4,500 members in 100 Chapters and 75 countries.

- WPO and EO work together to build strong organizations to serve their memberships.
- WPO partners with Entrepreneurs' Organization chapters to provide mentors in the EO Mentorship Program, creating one-on-one relationships that nurture EO members personal and professional growth and enrich the WPOer's perspective.
With the shared entrepreneurial spirit and desire to bring valueto their mentorships, WPO members have served as mentors to more than 1,800 Entrepreneurs' Organization members through the EO Mentorship Program. Members consider the Program to be an integral part of their EO experience enabling both sides to expand their knowledge and networks.
