9 April 2014 – A steady decline in U.S. business formation sounds like bad news for the economy, but there may be optimism and good news from “necessity entrepreneurs.” Multiple studies have shown that business creation is down in recent years.

However, plenty of entrepreneurs see opportunity in the market. These types of entrepreneurs are positioned for success and are more likely to be the ones who create jobs.
