Leadership Coordinator

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

The Leadership Coordinator has the opportunity to interact with and positively influence all of EO's volunteer leaders, members and EO global staff through initiatives created from the Entrepreneurial Leadership Committee.

Assist and support the Path of Leadership (POL), EO's internal system for recruiting, interviewing, vetting, and ratifying member leaders. POL duties may include:

  • Manage volunteer leader applications
  • Assist with maintaining spreadsheet/database of applicants
  • Create a database of future volunteer leaders
  • Support POL website, accuracy of information and maintenance

Ongoing maintenance of templates to be used during selection process, to include:

  • Emails corresponding with each step of process
  • Acceptance/rejection emails
  • Interview questions
  • FAQ sheet
  • Help maintain a system to track potential candidates during the year
  • Conduct phone conversations with interested volunteers and assist them in finding a position that fits their skills and history
  • General administrative support of this process including call scheduling, note-taking, meeting logistics and webinar preparation

Leadership Academy Support:

  • Collection and management of all applicants
  • General administrative support as needed

Assist the Entrepreneurial Leadership committee with general administrative functions, to include:

  • Call set up
  • Note-taking
  • Meeting logistics
  • Leadership Programming:
  • Support the scheduling and logistics of leadership programming at Presidents' meetings, regional conferences, chapters and forums

Mentorship:

  • Support the scheduling of mentorship trainings by acquiring contracts from chapters, checking facilitator availability and sharing necessary logistics with both parties

Accelerator:

  • Support the general administrative tasks of this program as needed
  • Other duties and assignments as necessary

Education and/or Experience: 

Required:

·         Bachelor's degree

·         1 year of project management and execution experience

  • Experience with database and excel management
  • Exceptional communications skills both internally and externally
  • Exceptional customer service

Preferred:

·         Bilingual or multilingual

·         Computer software skills training

·         Personal development training
