Greg is the Chief Executive Officer of the firm. He serves as board member to several companies as well as the Alabama Information Technology Association, Boys and Girls Clubs of Huntsville/Madison County, and the Atlanta chapter of the Entrepreneurs' Organization. In addition to his duties as CEO, Greg is the Senior Consultant for the firm, specializing in helping both mature and emerging businesses develop systems and organizational structures to meet financial goals and priorities. This process allows firm clients to align their financial goals to be consistent with their profit model and their core business values. Greg and his team structure monitoring programs to help their clients stay on track and provides them financial analysis to verify if the changes are having a positive financial impact. Rather than focus on one particular industry, Greg searches for best practices among firm clients and other business sources to redistribute them across industry lines. Greg enjoys playing golf and spending time with his wife and four children.
